We're back with more ideas using Sizzix and GlueArts!
Sizzix has long been known for their outstanding products! Their diecut machines, beautiful dies and embossing plates!
Recently Sizzix has teamed up with Tim Holtz to bring us Alterations! Tim's own designs for Sizzix that feature must have dies! Sizzix Movers and Shapers- Stylized Labels

Cricut Expression-
Cricut Gypsy Device and Cake Basics Cartridge
Kraft and white cardstock
paper- american crafts

1. Cut out orange and pink papers using Cricut Expression and Gypsy Device to create small shapes- heart, star, flower and butterfly. Again use Cricut and Gypsy to cut out rounded top tags cutting at a 5x3 inch size, then trim off 1/2 inch with pinking shears.
2. Diecut white cardstock with Sizzix Label Diecut and Cuttlebug machine.
3. Drop pink and orange spray ink onto labels for decoration, allow to dry.
4. Print out sentiments on kraft cardstock, trim into strips and cut ends with triangle shapes to make into banners.
5. Tie on crinkled ribbon top to bottom on tag, then use UCutIt foam on back of label, attach to tag, then adhere UCutIt to backs of small shapes and adhere to label.
6. Put waves in banners by rubbing with fingers and attach to tags with Adhesive Squares.
7. Tie double bows with crinkled ribbon, tie button with twine and adhere to tag with Adhesive Squares.
8. Decorate tags with flowers and gems/pearls.

American Crafts: cardstock, paper, pearl brads, rub-ons, ribbons, Thickers
Elle's Studio: banner tag
Tattered Angels: spray mist
Shimmerz: spray mist
Jenni Bowlin: paint dauber
Jolee's: swarovsky crystal
misc.: chipboard
Directions:
-cut cardstock 5.5" x 11 ", fold & score
-spray silver mist over top, let dry (or use heat gun to dry)
-adhere trimmed 5 x 5 patterned paper to front of card
-die cut cage using lightweight chipboard, set aside
-die cut bird using patterned paper, set aside
-paint birdcage a light brown
-while still wet - spray copper/brown color mist over birdcage, let dry.
-place pearl brads along bottom of birdcage
-tie ribbons (ribbon and jute) at top of birdcage
-place bird inside cage, with head & beak poking out using 3D foam adhesive
-place swarovsky crystal as birds eye, attach wing using 3D foam
-using 3D foam also, place birdcage to left side of card
-spell out "hi" at top of right side
-using 3D foam, place rub on sentiment with banner tag under
-spell out another "hi" directly under
-using 3D foam, place another rub on sentiment under
-place last "hi" directly under
-if desired (I did), spray entire card with light color spray mist, let dry.

Other Supplies:
patterned paper: Basic Grey, October Afternoon, Studio Calico, Cosmo Cricket
cardstock: American Crafts
letter stickers: Sassafrass Lass
jewels: Queen & Co.
Directions:
-cut patterned paper 5.5" x 8", fold & score (distress edges if desired)
-die cut background heart with cardstock
-die cut top heart (swirls), bottom set of wings & crown with patterned paper
-die cut top set of wings with patterned paper
-cut "i love you" from patterned paper
-place bottom heart directly in center of card
-place crown right above it, on left top side of heart (the lower side)
-using 3D foam, place "i love you" right above top right of card
-put 3D foam on back of carstock (swirl) heart (another option...apply heart to full sheet of U Cut It Foam and then run it through your Big Shot for a perfect cut of foam to the entire heart)
-place directly on top of cardstock heart
-place first set of patterned paper wings to left and right side of heart
-only put adhesive at the edge of wing that's going closest to heart and place directly on top of bottom wing.
-repeat the above step for other wing
-bend top wings up for dimension (and so you can see wings under)
-using letter stickers, spell out "hey hot stuff!" directly at bottom of card
