Summer Canvas Fun

Hello Wednesday!

We've got not one craft to share with you today...but two fantastic crafts from Designer Lindsay Wahl!

The Designers were all asked to make a canvas project for display at the Glue Arts book for the upcoming CHA (Craft & Hobby Association) Trade show. Lindsay made an adorable canvas and a fun altered cd case! Both projects use our Extreme Adhesive showing how versatile our squares and mini squares are not to mention how well they adhere!!

Supplies:
Glue Arts Extreme Squares
Glue Arts Extreme Mini Squares
5”x 7” canvas
Rhinestones
Rhinestone brads (Making Memories)
Ribbon (American Crafts)
Patterned paper (Cosmo Cricket)
Circle die cuts (Cricut)
Spray bottle with water

Instructions:
1. Begin by creating flowers so they have time to dry. Die cut circles in various sizes (4”, 3.5”, 3”, etc). Lightly mist the flower circles with water. To create the crinkled look, wad each wet paper circle into a ball. Unfold and shape as desired. Allow each layer to dry.
2. After layers are dry, assemble flowers with brad. Set aside.
3. Use Glue Arts Extreme Squares on each corner of your 4”x 6” photo. Adhere to canvas.
4. Use Glue Arts Extreme Mini Squares along each piece of ribbon. Adhere to canvas.
5. Create initial of your choice with rhinestones. Use Extreme Mini Squares to adhere rhinestones to canvas.

6. Finally, use the larger Extreme Squares to attach the flower embellishments.
