Scrapping Outback Colour Challenge

This month it is WHITE WITH PINK - yummy!! Despite having 2 girls, I find that I tend not to scrap alot with pink, even though my scrap stash proudly does boast a lot of pink... Hmmmmm. I find that if I do scrap pink, it is generally only in small amounts. Anyway, after saying that I don't do pink, I think after this one I can say that I have unleashed my 'pink' side this month LOL!!

This is my take on it

I have used a SO Retro Daisy Scroll to adhere my flowers too. These are available in the Scrapping Outback store here

I have also played once again with the butterfly. I soooo love these and you'll find them in the store here. These ones come in a set of 2 - I have used the larger one

Flowers include: Heidi Swapp, Prima (a few different ones), Maya Road and Kaiser
I made the pink ones using the Kaiser paper ones.

Check out the rest of the challenge criteria here. Entries have to be uploaded before Midnight 31st March - so still time to have a play with White with Pink and to maybe win yourself a $15 store voucher!!

Happy, Fabulous, Everything

So I have been playing again, this time with a Heidi Swapp Invisible Circle Frame, a Scrapping Outback 'Fabulous' chippie title and some Bo Bunny Gypsy Patterned Papers. These are all available from the Scrapping Outback store. The Heidi Swap Invisibles come as a 12 x 12 sheet, but for my layout, I have removed the outer and inner excess to leave just the 'frame' part. I then inked black and then wiped away the residue ink which left the white embossed intricate design of the frame showing.

**EDITED: Now out for publishing. Be Back Soon**

Just a little sneekie for now

Till Next Time

Thanks for dropping by

Snow Not Happy

LITERALLY!!!!

I always said that I don't always scrap the warm, fuzzy moments.. and the following is about as far from warm and fuzzy as you get. Try damn cold and miserable from my baby girl's perspective.

The following layout is dedicated to my baby girl when she encountered snow for the first time. Fortunately for us we didn't have to travel to far to find it... only a few miles up the road from where live.. unfortunately for Nikayla she was snow NOT happy about the whole experience.

Materials Used: Cardstock:Kraft, Bazzill; Patterned Paper:MME 'Colourful Christmas', Collage Press 'Joyride', Bo Bunny 'Christmas Cheer'; Other: Thickers, BG Wilma Alphas, MM glitter, Kaiser Pearls, sparkle embossing powder, dimensional magic; Digital Elements: Heidi Larsen Glittery Flakes, HOF3 brushes, Jessica Sprague Distress Ink Overlay

My large snowflake embellishment is a hybrid design created from a Heidi Larsen Glittery Flakes free digital download from Little Dreamer Designs. My smaller snowflakes have been cut from some Bo Bunny Patterned Papers. Once again I have used HOF3 brushes to create my hybrid journalling spot and have used a JS Digital Distress Ink Overlay over the photo
