Chippie School is back in at Scrapping Outback and our teacher this week is Miss Jules (Julie Hill)

Assignment this week: Sheer Coverups

This was an interesting technique and I just love how my layout has turned out. As the chippie is fairly large, I decided to make this the feature of the layout and added some stamping to finish it off
