2. Cut a 1 1/2" strip of orange dotted paper then adhere it to the bottom of the container.
3. Use the Glue Arts Perma Tac to run a line of adhesive along the bottom edge of the orange paper then sprinkle with green glitter, press the glitter into the adhesive with your finger, then shake of excess.
4. Apply the green border sticker along the top edge of the container.
5. Apply the round sticker to a small scrap of paper. Apply orange glitter to the chipboard circle frame then adhere it to the round sticker.

5. Using Glue Arts U-Cut-It foam, adhere Echo Park's "October 31st" sticker to the middle of flower.

Designer Tip: I love making practical projects! For this one, I thought I'd use these awesome Halloween papers from Echo Park to make a container for past Halloween pictures and memories. It will become our go to box to remember what we wore, who was there, what candy we gave out, what goodies we baked. I used an old tin I had lying around, and you could do the same! You can use any packaging that has a clear/see-through part, or you can use an old cigar box and cut out your own window and use clear acetate for the window. Simply cover your container with patterned paper using Glue Arts Glue Glider Pro Perma Tac or High Tac adhesive. Works like a charm!
