Glue Glider Pro Perma Tac, 3-d combo pack
Hero Arts Delicate Blossoms
American Crafts cardstock & Thickers
We R Memory Keepers patterned paper  & border sticker
October Afternoon alphabet stickers
Sizzix die cut machine & Top Note die cut
Stampin’ Up ink  & markers
5”x 7” photo


Instructions:
1. Stamp flowers onto white cardstock. Color flowers and cut them out.
2. Die cut journaling block. Cut it in half and trim away the border on one of the halves. Adhere the two pieces together with Pro. Add journaling and adhere to black cardstock.
3. Use 3-d combo pack and Pro to layer flowers around the journaling block. 
4. Adhere photo 2” from the top and right side of the cardstock. Adhere patterned paper strips and border stickers along the edge of the photo. Add date to photo.
5. Use 3-d combo pack and Pro to layer flowers In the corner of the photo.
6. Add title and flower.
