Glue Arts Products:
Glue Glider- Extreme Adhesive
3-D U Cut it Foam
 Cardstock: American Crafts
Pattern Paper: Little Yellow Bicycle

For this card I used a standard A2 size. I used 4 Shabby Chic tags. I cut the sweet title out from one of the tags and used my u-cut 3-D tape to make it pop.
For this card I wanted to get a lollipop look with the tags. I layered them of course with my favorite you cut it 3D adhesive. A pipe cleaner was added as the "stick".
