Time for a Ride with Little Yellow Bicycle!!

Wohoo!

Warmer temps on the rise, a bit of sunshine and our Little Yellow Bicycle is all we need this week!

This week we're excited to welcome a new product sponsor to the mix...Little Yellow Bicycle!

Little Yellow Bicycle or LYB wants you the crafter to take your imagination for ride! And this week we'll be working with their new Cupcake Love collection! Each embellishment is freshly sprinkled and glittered to order, with care and love baked right in!

Join us all week long as we share Little Yellow Bicycle's Sweet Cupcake Love Collection with you!! Up first...Lindsay Wahl as a layout that proclaims her love!! And Designer Kristen Swain made a Tussey Mussey that isn't too fussy to make!lol (Wait till you see how she used the LYB doilies!!)

I am in love...
Designer: Lindsay Wahl

Supplies:
Glue Arts Adhesives: 3-d combo pac, Adhesive Squares, Glue Glider Pro Perma Tac, Mini Adhesive Squares, Ribbon adhesive
Little Yellow Bicycle Cupcake Love: 6x6 Decorative edge cardstock, Canvas borders, Chipboard shapes, Epoxy chipboard buttons, Heart stick pins, Journal tablet, Patterned paper

Other:
Alpha stickers: American Crafts, Cosmo Cricket
Cardstock: Bazzill
Ink: Copic
Punch: Marvy
Ribbon: May Arts

Instructions:
1. Begin with one 4"x 6" photo and six 2"x 2" photos (I made five of them black and white so they'd stand out).
2. Cut canvas border in half horizontally. Adhere bottom half 1/2" from the bottom of the page. Use ribbon adhesive (I used two strips because of the width of the ribbon) to adhere the ribbon approximately 2" above the canvas border. Now adhere the scalloped half of the canvas border. The scallops should touch the middle seam of the ribbon.
3. Adhere the 2"x 2" photos using the Pro. For the color photo, I backed the photo with a piece of patterned paper that was 2 1/2" square. I used the Pro to adhere the photo to the paper. Then, I used the UcutIt foam to make this photo stand out from the page.
4. Adhere your 4"x 6" photo to the scalloped journaling circle with the Pro. Adhere both pieces to the cardstock, approximately 1" from the right edge of the page.
5. Ink the edges of the February die cut and adhere with UcutIt foam. Add journaling.
6. Adhere the buttons to the side of the photo. I used the Mini Adhesive Squares on the buttons, but I raised every 3rd button with a piece of the UcutIt foam. It just gives added dimension and interest. Repeat this with the buttons at the top left corner and bottom right corner of the page. I also added two buttons to the small color 2" square photo.
7. Using Adhesive Squares, adhere chipboard title "love" to the page. Add alphabet letters to complete the title.
8. Add heart pins to the ribbon.

2. Punch holes in each side of top of cone, then tie on ribbon.

4. Adhere shapes to cone using Extreme Adhesive Squares.
